Brandon has overall responsibility for all aspects of the company's global tax matters, including planning, policy, compliance and controversy. He joined ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ in 2007 as corporate tax counsel.
Previously Brandon practiced with Sidley Austin in New York from 2001 to 2007.
Brandon graduated from Duke University with an A.B. in English and received a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
