Jane Wang became Senior Vice President and CFO of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Corporation in May of 2022. Jane has overall responsibility for the company’s financial management and operations as well as enterprise risk management.
She joined ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Corporation in 2006 as a member of the corporate development group. Prior to being appointed CFO, Jane was a Vice President at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ where she focused on strategic planning and corporate development. Jane also monitored the performance of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½’s subsidiaries.
Jane is a member of the Board of Directors of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Financial, a publicly traded subsidiary of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. She also sits on the boards of two of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½’s privately held subsidiaries, Boardwalk Pipelines and Altium Packaging.
Prior to joining ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, Jane worked at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division. Jane graduated from Stanford University with a M.S. in Management Science and Engineering and a B.A. in Economics.
