He is responsible for the accounting and treasury operations of the company including all corporate financial reporting, maintenance of a system of internal controls and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Mark joined ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ in 1987 as its assistant controller and was promoted to corporate controller prior to his appointment to chief accounting officer. He graduated from Hofstra University in 1981 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and embarked on his professional career in public accounting. Prior to joining ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, Mark was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
