CHICAGO, Dec. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ today announced the appointment of Emma Riza to Vice President, Corporate Development. In this role, Riza will be responsible for a number of functions, including enterprise-level strategy, financial reporting to the Board of Directors and executive management, capital & rating agency management, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). She will report to James Anderson, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Financial Planning & Analysis, ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.

Prior to this role, Riza served as Head of Corporate Development for ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Hardy, where she worked to develop ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½'s international strategy and managed the review and execution of new business initiatives in collaboration with the international underwriting and field leadership teams.
