CHICAGO, Jan. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --ÌýÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ today announced the appointment of Sean Radford to vice president, Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, Sean will be responsible for developing talent solutions and a human capital strategy for ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½'s six Zones in the U.S., and will report to Liz Aguinaga, senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Sean joined ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ in 2014 as director in HR's Talent and Leadership Development team, where he was responsible for developing and driving ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½'s talent and leadership strategy. Prior to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, Sean held leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies, both leading business operations and leadership development functions.

Sean holds a bachelor of arts degree in law and society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master's in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University.
