Tisch will resume the duties of CEO for the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ following the departure of Kirk Kinsell, effective immediately.  Mr. Kinsell informed the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ of his decision to resign for personal reasons.  Mr. Tisch will continue to serve as Chairman of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Hotels and Co-Chairman of the Board for ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Corporation.
